The camera captures full-resolution RAW images at up to 20 frames per second using its electronic shutter. Furthermore, high-speed JPEG shooting modes offer additional flexibility for action photography.
With Pre-Release Capture, photographers can record moments that occur just before fully pressing the shutter button.
This makes the Nikon Z8 particularly useful for wildlife, sports, events and other fast-paced shoots.

Its 5-axis in-body image stabilisation helps reduce camera shake, while the 4-axis tilting touchscreen makes it easier to work from different angles.
